How do I turn a Decal into a Image?

I have a lot of Decals but I need them to be a "ROBLOX Image" not "ROBLOX Decal" Any clues how? --Says no one ever--

@ EpixTip No literally! I see Many Decals with the tag "ROBLOX Image" But when I upload a Decal. It comes out as a "ROBLOX Decal" not Image. I have no clue what any of this means.. Like whats the difference between image or decal? --Says no one ever--
