I've heard about it being withdrawn or something due to complications, but there's no guarantees in that alone.

I haven't heard any news regarding it being pulled from testing; Last I heard it was given to a handful of players for BETA testing, hopefully being released to the public soon! http://www.roblox.com/signature-image-item?id=334779755
