Definitely the site layout. They should keep the current layout for mobile and app only. Bring back the navigation bar that used to be on the top but redesigned. 2nd thing would be party chat. I hate the fact that an user has to be on your friend list to talk to him in the chat. It was way better when you could invite anyone to a party chat.
