Whenever I'm building cars, I always wish that there was a matte material to give it a good looking style. This always could be used for modern buildings, furniture, etc.

Cyberlighted... This proves that you are younger than 14. Everyone has to get a car. Matte is basically a "smooth," non-reflectant surface. Use the texture asset, or maybe "metallic" texture.

Glossy -Glossy is a smooth tone, like mirror, and it is very shiny, good for reflections from sunlight. Matte -Matte is smooth, but not shiny. This keeps it in a material that cannot shine through sunlight or any source of light. Not shiny, or dead. Semigloss -As the name says, it makes the tone half lower in smoothness and shine compared to glossy. Metallic -Metallic gives a shiny and sparkly look at a block, mostly good for giving small decorations to a place. Pearlescent -A smooth, 2 color synchronization with a semigloss tone. Dull -Dead surface, not smooth, not shiny, and makes the original color of a block a bif darker. Silky -Silky is kind of like glossy, smooth and shiny, but gives a style of "brushed painting" style. Greasy -As the name sounds like, this tone is smooth but not shiny, and looks greasy. Pearly -Makes the tone look pearly, synchdonized, and transparent. Vitreous -Glass, creates reflectance, like a mirror. Submetallic -Submetallic, compared to metallic, removes some sparkles and some shiny spots.

Metal isn't very nice. The closest thing is using the color "black" and setting refletance to .1

There already is a "matte". It's basically smooth plastic. It actually has pretty close specular properties. As for metallic and other finishes... if it took ROBLOX 4+ years to come out with new materials, it will probably take another 4 for them to release more.
