Looked at some images of it, and it looks cool, as I'm into sets that use parts instead of printing/stickers for detailing.

I'm looking at those "Expert" creator sets.
I'm leaning towards the Brick Bank, as the details are quite nice, and how it has a functioning safe.
Also, there's a small laundromat next to the bank section for "money laundering"
