I would like to join a development group

I am a pretty good developer, I can script and build. I would like to join a development group with more than just 2 people (including me.) I would also like the group to actually talk with each other, develop ideas together. You know what I mean? I want the group to actually do stuff be active and continuously build games and stuff. Please reply (if you have a group like this?)

I know what you mean man <...< i hate a lack of group communication...I'm in a semi new dev team I'm not gonna lie we are pretty small but I have a huge project I want to work on and I need a scripter for and some one who will skype and talk often about the projects and group... I'm pretty dedicated to this project and will be on skype probably more then 70% of the day willing to talk. But I'm slowly selecting people because I want a group of people who all communicate and dish out opinions to make the game work perfect. The current group I'm in as my main has a lot of people but I have to wait a day or two each time just for a simple opinion.... I hope to get back from you man....
