I'm a graphic designer, and I can give you a few advice on "ROBLOX graphic designing"..
Here's a few suggestions:
1. Learn how to render characters using a program called Cinema 4-D. It's a program that allows you to render ROBLOX characters to give it a more of a 3-D appeal/look to it.
2. Make the image stand out. What I mean is, your thumbnail is based on that character. Since it's based on the character, make the character stand out more in that image. This will allow viewers to focus their attention on the character itself (as that's the main purpose of the thumbnail).
3. When placing images, make sure that there are no white outlines around it. This shows that you simply copy/pasted images down without being aware if it's transparent.
4. Learn how to incorporate text well enough in your image, and make sure it's not extremely in contrast with the background.
Other than that, it's alright. Keep it up!
