Here are your options: - Make sure that ROBLOX is installed properly, if not re-install it - Check your hardware drivers by running on diagnostics or something else - Check your system BIOS - Check if you have major problems on your computer if it is hard to experience(Download problems slowing down, etc), if so please restore your computer to the default settings - Run a scan using an anti-virus called Norton Security, if you don't have it please install it or install McAFee. - NEVER EVER, EVER install Roblox on Softonic, if so reinstall it by downloading it from the original website

It might be a computer virus or some other thing, have you done a full scan of your computer with your antivirus?
