Question about Dev Groups

If you are working with someone is it better to publish games on a group and split profits or just have it published on one of the profiles and split using t-shirts and what not. I am not talking about ease of use or the fact you can collect fans I mean security wise. Is it less secure to publish games in a group than on your own profile? >and i don't mean an insider attack<

Posting games using a group is much better.

Able to distribute funds without lying about actual gains. Everyone can edit the place if given permission.

You can configure it to where only who you want can edit the game. The REAL best reason for using this however, is that distribution of funds has no tax, unlike purchasing shirts etc. Much love -GO
