Hello everyone this is the re make of the forum I made I saw a lot of people didn't like it so I am improving it I hope this is better

►Information
→Exams can only be made if you made a reservation the day before (Does not apply to sub+ explained at the end)
→You may reserve a exam 2 days in a row but you should consider others and give them a chance to host
→Exam reservations must be made on trello (More explained at the end)
→6 exams may be hosted a day for each rank meaning 6 genin and 6 chunin
→The day when you reserve it you must say the time your hosting and where
→In trello you must fill in the information after the after the Name: Time: and Place:

→Why should we use this system? This system is a nice neat system that allows for all ranks to know when exams are being hosted and so they aren't late or there aren't enough people for the exam
→The reason that this does not apply to sub+ is because they do not host often so they shouldn't have to worry about reserving a exam
→If you hrs don't have trello and cannot get it then you can message me saying you wish to reserve a exam then I will fill everything in
→If someone does not host within 30 minutes of the time they say they will host then anyone has permission to grab the exam and do it for them
→If you are not registered in my trello thing then message me with your name and I will add you
Reserve exams today so the system can start tomorrow
