This community is better, but stack overflow is also good for asking ROBLOX Lua questions, but not for other languages.

No to both of those. This community sucks and SO is not a good place to ask help for Roblox Lua questions. Most of the active people there are the ones who are bad to begin with. |

i love stackoverflow, and believe it to be great for all languages
if your questions get voted down, please consider rephrasing them, searching for similar questions, or actually gaining knowledge on the subject before asking anything |
