I'm being paid a sparkle time fedora to build a modern-style cafe on a tropical island. So far, I've spent 1 day (~5 hours) working on this project. Thoughts?

Thank you for all the (if not too) generous feedback! If you could spot a couple building imperfections and let me know, I would greatly appreciate it. Don't worry about me getting scammed, I've built/scripted for multiple people and I know how to not get scammed.

With building u need to think like in roblox studio or first make a stretch to think or even ask people in random games like watching kind of game do u like to play |

It's a great build, but I honestly doubt anyone would give 200k for a build this small. Not to mention, if they plan to give it to you via trading, it won't work since ROBLOX put a cap on the difference of value in trades quite a while ago. Along with that, you run the risk of someone sniping the hat if he intends to shortly sell it for a very small amount - A very real risk, since I would be willing to bet that there are multiple bots constantly waiting for the hat to drop to a certain price.
TBH I don't see this ending well for you in any scenario.
Pretty stellar build though (Other than the ship. The ship is God-awful).

I've worked for my client before, and I think it's safe to say that he's trustworthy. We plan on transferring the limited through trade. I'm pretty sure that if you set your Trade Quality Filter to "None", you can trade expensive limiteds for cheap limiteds.
Any ways I can fix the god-awful ship? It's not done, but I could use some ideas for ways to improve it. |

Alright man. Just trying to watch out for a fellow GDer.
As for the ship, the proportions seems pretty off in regards to length-width. i.e. making it longer could do it some justice. The front is also a little too sharp.

Water is shaped to oddly at the waterfall.
Add more diversity to the cliffs, having the same 2 angled bricks looks bad.
Yacht needs to be more rounded, things being too sharp looks strange.
More defined trails
Terrain should be less even, gives it more authentic-ness.
Add something on the large flat mesa.
More plants, trees, flowers, bushes, grass, etc.
Idk, I wouldn't pay a STF for this, be careful mate...

@Tornado: I will add much more detail to the terrain later on. I just quickly built the foundations for the buildings since my client wanted to see the buildings first. Thanks for the feedback. |

It looks and feels really nice, but considering he's paying 200k you might want to add a bit more detail or be more careful. That doesn't mean it's bad though, I still like it a lot! |
