Contents: Section I: Preamble Section II: Designation Section III: Institutions Section IV: Conclusion&Evidence Section I: Preamble (1) The Secret Service has abused for too long. With the passing of this bill, that will end. Section II: Designation (1) If passed, this bill shall be known as the "Restricted Secret Service Act," or RSSA. Section III: Designations (1) Limits the amount of personnel assignable to a single VIP to four. The amount of VIP for protection of the President or the Vice President however, is eight. (A) If more than one is present the number may be upped. (2) Dissolves Secret Services ability to commandeer public buildings (such as the bank, lvcc town hall, airport,) (A) However, they are allowed to take a SMALL SECTION of the building for the VIP. (B) They may commandeer buildings such as the CIA HQ, SWAT HQ, LVPD HQ, or any other agency headquarters. (C) The Secret Service CANNOT lock down ANY bit of Las Vegas that is not inside a building. This excludes HQ property. This includes roads, sidewalks, parking lots etc. If a VIP has chosen to stay inside a house, Secret Service may arrest if a citizen trespasses on the lawn etc. (C) The Secret Service CANNOT lock down the bank, they will only be able to lock down any area of the bank which is non-public (behind the door that leads to the vault, managers office etc) They CANNOT stop citizens from entering the airport. They CANNOT (D) The Secret Service CANNOT kick an agency out of their own headquarters, (they cannot kick NSA out of NSA HQ, they cannot kick cia out of the cia hq etc) (3) The SS CANNOT arrest for; (A) Speeding (B) Misdemeanour's (C) Illegal Weapon (D) Harassment (they can only arrest for this if its directed at them or the VIP (E) Vandalism (F) Jaywalking (unless disturbing the VIP) (5) Violation of any of the above can result in Criminal charges to the individual who is guilty of committing them. (6) The Secret Service cannot place spikes that is blocking traffic but the Secret Service can place road spikes on places that do not affect normal traffic. Section IV: Conclusion (1) I wrote this in response to the Secret Service locking down the Visitor Spawn, and overall being abusive. With the passing of this bill, Secret Service will finally have to abide by the United States law. They will no longer be able to break them in name of "Protecting the VIP."
