Alright so im 11 and i want to perform my first astral projection i just want to know a few things
1. Can you feel anything during astral projection?
2. Does your astral body get out of your physical body automatically?
I've read quite alot so its just these two things i need to know about doing this |

@Incognizant and @DoomCorrupted It's called google. And Astral Projection is not paranormal it's actually more of meditation. It's a very cool thing and you should look into it a bit more. It's not a hippy thing it's actually very common in A LOT of cultures including Christianity. |

Yes. You can feel the molecules surrounding you dissipating in a gradual manner.

Not quite, it is a process of gradual ascension. You can only reach complete ascension if you envision an abstract realm separate from reality. |

Even if you aren't aware of the shorthand for 4chan boards, you can easily find the full site by googling. Seems like you were capable of at least that much because you at least found the board and what it's about. However, if you click the handy dandy "Catalog" button..
You'll find yourself a whole slew of threads and generals, TWO of them being about astral projection, one of them being an entire GENERAL for astral projections/dreams/etc which I guarantee will be much more substantial than a children's lego game forum board. |

@RINisbanned Astral Projection is when errr this is kinda hard to believe but when a soul i guess leaves your body and you can freely move around with no restrictions you can visit amazing places and go wherever you want many people have had Astral Projection but i have not had an Astral Projection yet in a few months im getting my tonsils out so hopefully the anaesthetic will help me get a astral projection a bit easier |

i think this kind of stuff would be more psychological than paranormal to be honest
like how people thought sleep paralysis was paranormal
but its fun to think about it, and considering it may just be our mind it would be neat to try (considering we can trick our brains into it) |
