Hello, my name is LostInfinity. I have decided to run for DHLS Director. So here are some things about me.
I have been in Docklands for several months, obtaining several different positions. Such as Senator, DPD Superintendent, and DHLS Deputy Director. Currently, I am a DPD Assistant Chief and also DHLS Deputy Director again. So here are my plans for DHLS. I am also an official ROBLOX Developer.
Firstly, I am a fair and just person. I have a ton of experience in discipline when necessary. I want to step up the action taken against abuse on the DHLS by monitoring agents, including high ranks, as well as hosting several trainings to prepare the agents more.
Secondly, fun. Why not have some fun? It gets boring when all you ever do is work work work… So I'd introduce some form of fun to have, and take all suggestions from current DHLS members.
Thirdly, I listen. If you need help, have a complaint, or just want to talk. I'll talk. I'm here to help anyone, and if you need it I'll be here to help. I am currently Director of Human Resources in ROBLOX Developer Services, so I deal with helping people everyday, like I do in Docklands as well.
Lastly, everything else. You'll see me hosting trainings, you'll see me protecting the capital… I'll be doing everything alongside you all. I will host trainings and tryouts often, and help you make the best decision for your DHLS team. I'll create guidelines and steps to take on a capital breach, and will teach you them and train you with them. You'll see change in DHLS, and they will all be great. I promise you that.

not really interested especially since you don't have a broad experience in this kind of thing, and fun is reserved when needed. of course you do work, its HLS, you're protecting homeland security, you're working almost every day. you don't give fun unless it's specially deserved.
ok, you'll host trainings and you'll protect the capitol, that's good enough, but hosting tryouts too often just gets HLS overpopulated. and plus HLS is supposed to be a special department, you're gonna ruin it if you host too much tryouts on an often basis.
however you seem like a nice guy, but like atleast put your full effort towards this cause I feel like you barely tried in this

You make good points. But I tell you this, I do have tons of experience in this field, ranging from NUSA all the way to Docklands. I have been in charge of many agencies and I know how to control myself and make the correct decisions. Also, I won't host tons and tons of tryouts, I'm talking enough to keep HLS to a set number, as in 50. Or 60. Whatever the secretary decides. And then I won't accept 30%, I accept who I feel actually deserves it. And lastly, if you think, what's the point in putting effort and filling it with lies about things you will do into a speech, when most the time that stuff won't come true. I keep mine short, so I can promise to do all these things. And more.

you seem to miss my point, when I said you could have put more effort I meant exactly more effort, as in a more detailed matter towards your experience. who said to give out lies? and if you had NUSA experience then you should have stated so in your original thread. what agencies have you led? do you have any proof? |
