YUP! I KNEW IT! Confirmed bug.
Putting a wait(1) between moving the vehicle and character fixed it. Without that line,
THE LINE THAT SHOULD WORK DID NOT WORK BECAUSE OF A LACK OF WAIT(1) BETWEEN CFRAME ACTIONS.
That is bull. I WASTED AN ENTIRE WEEK ON THIS PROBLEM!!! AND GUESS WHAT? ROBLOX WILL NEVER BOTHER WITH FIXING THAT MOST LIKELY.
Only happens with filtering enabled on, so there is a performance deficiency.
