Salutations, fellow Docklands PD Officers and HR's! Below, I have compiled a list of suggestions that I hope we will abide by, or implement one day or another... Some of these are serious issues and some of these aren't, feel free to skim through this as I realize some of this is detailed, with examples and such.

MR TRAININGS:
- As many of you may already know, there has been A LOT of MR Trainings and a lot of Commanders that has been recommended for (HR) Superintendent. MR Trainings occur almost weekly, and in my opinion, it should be cut down to once or twice, monthly. As of the current status, there are 26 Superintendents and if we keep progressing by hosting weekly MR Trainings, we might as well end up with 50 Superintendents... The point I am trying to get across right now, is to cut down on MR Trainings due to the overcrowding of Superintendents. The amount of Superintendents is one-fourth the size of how many Commanders we have (108 and counting!).
HIGH RANK REFORMS:
- There currently is 26 Superintendents (and counting), 8 Assistant Chief, and 3 Deputy Chief, and personally, I think we should reform all the inactive HR's as well as HR's that doesn't fulfill their duty correctly and efficiently. It's cut down on how many HR's there are, and for new positions as well. There are a lot of HR's that I rarely see online, hosting trainings, patrolling Harford, and many other things you could possibly think of. The amount is outrageous, we should host periodic HR activity checks (or at least have HR's log their trainings down on a Google Forms) so we'd know if they're active or not. If not, the HR should be immediately demoted back down to (MR) Commander.
REGARDING "FREE-RANKING":
- I have seen a lot of "free-ranking" going on and about Docklands PD, which I find unacceptable and annoying. I see Cadets ranked to Commander, Commanders being ranked to Superintendents out of nowhere, and Superintendents freely ranked to Assistant Chief. Why do I find this unacceptable and annoying?
1. It's a disadvantage to those whom actually EARNED their rank. Think about it this way, let's say it took you 2 months to achieve Commander within DPD and another Officer comes along, and achieves Commander upon joining the group. It's annoying! Unfair, biased, whatever you would wish to say.
2. Puts a bad representation on Docklands PD as a whole, demonstrates nothing but that the HC is corrupt (to be honest!).
- We should crack down on free-ranking better, by checking Audit Logs time to time and demoting those who has been freely ranked.
FAVORITISM:
- That's right, you've heard right, the hottest topic yet in DPD- favoritism. Most Commanders achieve HR because an AC+ supposedly "likes them." Majority of High Ranks within the DPD chooses their co-host(s) based on favoritism (not saying anyone does, but I know for a fact that I do not). If not favoritism, then on their performance (behavior), grammar, how experienced they are, etc... THOSE are the HR's I like, as I am one of them! Some HR's have friends in DPD, and whenever their friends join, HR's tend to FF and promote them after the training. That's unfair to the people who DESERVED a promotion. Honestly, I know they're your friends and you want to show how much you care, but you have to choose someone who deserves it, over friendship. Believe it or not, favoritism is everywhere. On ROBLOX, in school, etc... Though we probably do feel bad for them, we must let them know that we are urging one another to take a step, a few steps, a lot of steps, away from favoritism and "free-ranking."
As I've quoted from my Assistant Chief speech, "we all can change DPD for the better, why not commence now?". I now hope what you mean by that quote now, after reading this, you should have an envision into what I personally see. Those are just simple suggestions that I hope will "change DPD for the better" and hope everyone takes into consideration-- current HR's, future HR's (yes, even you LR's!)
