As Qaestor of Rome, I declare the vote Official! If power, holds responsible, If the Guard's are above the Law, which I can agree they're, they must be took off above the law, In the Roman Ages no one was above the law unless the Emperor and Empress of Rome Allows It and claims It Official. If they happen to abuse their powers, per say, kill everyone, no valid reason, at all, there would be nothing I or we can do about It unless the Emperor removes the Guards from appointed Above The Law, the Guard will be responsible for actions, and will and shall be Criminalized for commenting Treason to our Cause. Per Say, If the Guard does betray, and they're above the Law, there would be nothing that the Enforcers can do about It unless they're disaprove of the, well, appointed and removed from Above The Law status, If enough BY I OR NAY, MORE OF THE I'S, It's declared and official, they will no longer be above the law.
