Exactly, "some" African-American individuals have minimal capability. The remaining majority rely heavily on organized-crime networks and slavery-based guilt propaganda to gain unnecessary privileges throughout society.
Statistically-speaking, the vast majority of African Americans are violent criminals that cannot be expected to behave decently within the presence of respectable Caucasian/Asian/Latino individuals.
There is nothing wrong with my reasoning on a psychological-basis; the objective evidence very explicitly demonstrates a pattern of civil-incompatibility.
