I have no idea how to change my Birthday. It will not allow me to because accidentally I made my Birthday to under twelve, even though I am above than that age.. I have no idea how to change it. Please help!

I am haveing the same problem... I am 14 but I have accendently put my age to be 12 or 11 and i have changed it but usally after you change your birthday to over 13 then it will stop the hashtags.. it did'ent... Do you know ho how to change it now? Or am I'm going to be stuck with hashtags.? Because you used to be able to make a parent account and change the settings on there but now they took that of or "blocked" the website so you cannot use it anymore.. Again if you have anything to help this please message me on roblox and that will be a huge help but if not then thats okay!

I have the same problem, guardian iS used to be able to change the date but not any more. This is what the info mail gave as a response : "the a GEt cannot be change Do by user iS, once it is set to under IE. We apologize for the confusion and frustration but we recommend to set accurate a GEt for the optimal experience. We understand that these filter iS may cause frustration, however, we are active reaLY listen doING to all the user iS to improve ROBLOX experience." - Caps letter are to be put behind the previous word -

Some vids they can just click the ########## date and it says like some kind of date then they can change it right away!

You need to message roblox. On the To: Put [email protected] then you have to put a good reason and your username and a few other things and then you send it. you will have a reply from roblox in a few seconds.
