This is purely based on circumstance. It does not necessarily mean that any individual should cease to use a given website/play a game.
Employment/Financial penalties merely provides additional tasks for the person to organize. A dedicated individual within the correct circumstances can easily manipulate said variables to enjoy childhood hobbies. |
