I do 3 sets of 105 lbs on a bench press, 3 sets of preacher curls with a 65 lb bar, and 3 sets of upright rows with the 65.
Sets of 10 btw
After that I'll run up my drive way five times (it goes up a hill) with a dumbell in my backpack for around 25 more lbs. |

Seriously though, I do 1 mile runs a lot. Usually depends though. I try hard to stay in shape (relatively) because I do care about myself. |

"exercise" LOL WAT? HAHAHHAHAHAHAH LIKE OT EXERCISES. Anyways, gonna be real here but I'm now worrying about my weight (I'm 13, 14 in a month), so today I did a VERY small exercise (besides PE) so I can start exercising tomorrow.
