Here is a valid deduction:

Consequently, 19/5 equals 3 and 8/10. "3 8/10" rounded is equivalent to 4.
Coincidentally, Relevation 1:4 indicates that those who defy our Lord inside the mask of darkness will be isolated and revealed to the adherents of Light.
