I constantly am finding myself needing more colors that are gray or black, other than the ones that have...
It's just needed. The gray colors tend to repeat themselves on the color palate as well. Some gray colors such as Fossil have two spots on the color palate.
Anyway, me, and I'm sure a lot of other builders, would like new gray/black colors.

Roblox has already added a huge selection of colors recently, and there are plugins available that give an even wider selection of shades that you can add to parts. I'm a builder as well and color palettes are an important part of creating moods for my builds, but considering the recent updates and the availability of plugins that can help with your problem, I don't think this is such an important issue at the moment :p

What you're failing to realize is that if someone suggests something, they're suggesting that it should be default without having to download an extension, or in this case, a plugin.
Plugins shouldn't be a baseline requirement for studio. ROBLOX needs to add these things so they can be default for builders.

I honestly agree with you. There are way too many unnecessary gray and black colors on palate. But, these colors either look very identical, or too much of a jump between these colors. For example, the color before one of two black colors is smoky gray. If you put two blocks next to each other, one colored black, and one smoky gray, you will see that there is too much of a jump between the two colors.

Vast no dip it's scriptable. You can convert brickColor to Color3 through a script, but not every builder knows scripting, or has the time to look on the wiki
