Bill of rights
All rank rights
All ranks must respect any higher ranking member.
All ranks CANNOT go past a layer that they are assigned to, if a civilian, police or military is assigned to layer 2, they cannot go to any layer above, but are allowed to go to layers below. This is to preserve the purity of the higher layers.
Police Rights
Police may inspect any house they wish to.
Police may chain you up (removal of tools and jailed) if you are suspicious.
Police may not put you in jail for more than 10 minutes without permission from a HR.
Police MUST return their weapons when their shift ends, if they do not return their weapons at the end of the shift, they will be hunted down and killed.
(Police also have all the rights that Civilians do as well)
Military Rights
Military may shoot any time they wish, but are not allowed to kill any personnel without permission from a high ranking member
Military are NOT allowed to keep their guns when they are no longer needed in the army and thus become a normal civilian.
Military can inspect your house if they need to.
Military members are not allowed to randomly quit the military at any point unless exiled/excused.
Government Rights
Government members cannot command you to do anything unless they are a high ranking member. (HRs include government leader, war leader, deputy prime minister, and prime minister.)
Government members cannot inspect any houses.
Government members can enforce new rules created by a hr.
Civilians, Police and military cannot attack a government member without permission from a HR, doing so will result in exile.
Government may view your every movement via security cameras and flying drones. |
