[Sidian’s Rule]
What is Sidian’s Rule? The term Sidian was coined back in 2012 by me as a name for the supreme leader of the group. Sidian’s Rule itself is an alternative form of a Republic.

1. The Oath

2. Disciplinary Actions
Event Disruption
- 1st and 2nd offense of disrupting an event will result in a warning
- 3rd offense will result in a demotion
- 4th offense will result in a suspension (no suspended rank, so this means the member is not allowed to be promoted for max 1 week and minimum of 1 day usually)
- 5th offense will result in exile
Abusing Admin (All cases)
- 1st and 2nd offense = stripped of admin rank and retested
- 3rd offense = Removed from HiCom
- 4th offense = (if you are back) exiled.
Disobeying Orders (All APPROPRIATE cases)
- 1st and 2nd offense = warning and a one on one talk
- 3rd offense = removed from event or demoted one rank down
- 4th = suspended (1 week is max, 1 day is minimum)
- 5th = Exiled
3. Group Statuses
- Status 1 = At war, peace is disturbed greatly, threatened
- Status 2 = On Alert, vigilant, peace is mildly disturbed
- Status 3 = Watchful, peace is disturbed on a low scale
- Status 4 = Little vigilance needed, peace not disturbed
- Status 5 = At peace, small vigilance needed for patrols
- Status Dev = In development, peace will not be disturbed
- Status R = Reformation, peace will not be disturbed
4. Shouting Power/Rules
[MSG] = Message, a general message
[URGENT MSG]/[URG MSG] = message of utmost importance
[DEFEND] = Defense is being held, can be in caps to highlight the importance of the defense.
[PATROL] = Patrol is being held
[MEETING] = Meeting is being held

[JT], [Joint -T], [Joint Training], [Ally Training] = Training being held with other allies

Additional testing: The HR Preparations group, where if someone needs help with grammar/discipline/etc they will be placed under a few days of personal training or until they are ready.
[Purposes of Rank]
Sidian Absolute = Ruler
Sidian’s Apprentice = Possible Successor(s)
Prime Rose = Advisors and Co-Leaders, same power as apprentice
Council of the Wise Eye = Those with the most political power in the group, they approve and came up with ideas and plans that are headed to Sidian and the Roses.
Ascended Lords & Fallen Lords = Political and Militaristic raid leaders and additional minor roles
[How to Overrule or Demote Authority/Rules]
Prime Rose - Can only be voted out with a unanimous vote in the Wise Eye and the Absolute.
Council member(s) - Approval of the other council members (must be majority) plus the Absolute and Roses
Apprentice - Absolute, Wise Eye Unanimous vote, and Roses must agree
Ascended Lord & Fallen Lords - Agreed by either Prime Rose and Council OR Absolute and Roses OR just Rose OR just Wise Eye unanimous vote.
[Requirements for Authority]
Sidian Absolute - 1 year of experience with TDW, very well known and liked in TDW Community, little to no past troubles or felonies found, must be knowledge and wise, must use common sense, should be able to adapt to the times required to lead the clan properly and not go inactive immediately after or for long periods of time after acquiring the rank.
Sidian Apprentice - 3 months of experience in TDW in general, same stuff as Absolute, must have passed the trial test too. They also need 1 month of experience as an HR already.
Prime Rose - Voted into power by members of TDW and the council of the Wise Eye. 5-7 Months of experience, same as Sidian, must have passed Trials.
Council Members - 5-7 months of experience, can only be chosen by Absolute with the approval of the Roses (majority vote). Same as Sidian.
Fallen Lords & Ascended Lords - Pass trials test, 1 1/2 week of experienced needed.
[Rules and Laws]
Sidian’s Law - The absolute has the authority to appoint his/her own apprentice with approval of the Council.
Common Law - Abide the common law that applies to every foreign power in the clan world (common sense basically). Also includes ROBLOX ToS.
Blacklist Law - Anyone blacklisted can be voted back into TDW after 1 month of being blacklisted (Council has to have a unanimous vote with a majority approval by Roses). For extreme cases they shall be looked over for approval. Some may be deemed too extreme to be let back into TDW, those deemed this are considered permanently banned.
Absolute Law - The Absolute will remain in power until retirement
Trials Law - You may achieve/receive the rank of Ascended L. or Fallen L. only through completing the trials test or having previously passed the test within the past 3 months.
The Authority Law - Council members and Roses can come together to produce new sets of laws and plans and then send them to the Absolute for approval and signing.
Fair Trial Law - Any member has the right to a fair trial if they are accused of anything that is noted as a crucial situation (i.e. abusing admin, harassment, etc). You must have evidence of such accusations or else you will be disregarded. There will be a place for these court cases to take place at. There MIGHT be a division for this too(?).
Abiding Punishment (Rule) - If your case lost at a fair trial then you must face the punishment (if there is one given) and abide to the rule. If you refuse to and either choose to ignore/go inactive on purpose/leave the group then with voting approval you will be blacklisted.
Rule-Over Law - Anyone in power except the Absolute can be voted out of power if deemed abusive or un-fulfilling.
Pardon Law - Anyone in power who states or personally messages a higher up that they will be inactive can only be pardon’d for 1 week maximum. If you state you will be gone for more than one week than you will be replaced until further notice. |
