Are players still allowed to edit bricks locally? Does it stop someone from removing a brick on their screen and being able to travel through it on their client?

Is there a way to not make that possible? If not then exploiters will never vanish. Editing local and using it to your advantage is just as bad as editing things on the server side.

No, it's not as bad as editing the server. Sure you can remove the brick and go through, but that'll be useless for the player as it makes them desync, only time I could see that being useful for the player is in a maze game... As far as I'm aware that hasn't been a thing since 2009.
