The Andromeda was to be a Convoy Raider or a stealth ship. These plans were both scrapped due to the lack of a need for it. Around cycle 3779, the plans for the Andromeda came up again. This time as a Light Cruiser, it's current role. Around 2815, the Andromeda's blueprints were completed and it was commissioned. The Dynorms Military Dockyard saw the construction of the Andromeda through, completing it in a mere 16 months (The blueprints called for 24 months to completion). She was assigned to the 4th Flotilla under the jurisdiction of Lt. General Steve Erwin. There, she got her unofficial name. Before she was launched, the General remarked that she looked terribly sturdy and horribly stiff. Thus, he christened her the Andromeda. Her first launch was under the command of Captain Jorg Halfsteen and his First Officer John Ipster. At this time her mission was simple, escort Troop Transport ships. But, that didn't go as planned (Refer to Logs). Mid-Life: By the time Cycle 3856 came around, the Andromeda had seen 8 change of Commands, had been nearly scuttled 3 times, damaged 18 times and in 32 combat missions. She was now know as a fierce ship, sinking a total of 7 enemies and capturing 2. She was widely regarded as the 4th Flotilla's pride. She by now had participated in 2 wars and was about to reach her Third. But, she continued into that dark, dark sea with the pride of the Eluxiorion Alliance behind her back and the determination to succeed. Present: She received one final change of command. From Captain Orten Sloerz to Captain Jorg Magstein on April, 3856. Within 3 years after receiving her new command, the Andromeda would for the knowledge of her crew, be the last surviving ship in the whole Eluxiorion Alliance. She was adrift, no destination, no orders... no hope. But she carried forth with what little remaining loyal crew she had left. She later became the flagship for the new Government in Exile that Jorg and his Officers formed. But, her history isn't yet done. She still has much to do... and much to conquer. Captain's log, 447... Jorg Magstein signing out." =================================[:PlaybackEnding:]==================================== ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~[:LogEnded:]~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~[:ClosingLog:]~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 123dbkuy23jkdgyaasd2ashijd8uasho8eyhuijdhyibgauhsdhj2ud98iasu9fu1mknwjdna0u98sjndhoiwbkjnasjn;d\]wamlsjbdnmkp’\ajishkdji128di0]\]ph21cfxssLKJODIJOftdesrytfygYUIGCFDthiIYFTjI657I890pppogy890[]’1’2!@#(^klnoik@mnioI$mjkloihjigbijpoaji!@#mnjbasdbkhwliajd)(*@$5njiusdhwibdhkj
