um what do you think of remaking and reposting role-plays, ones from a long time ago that are dead, but op decided to post them again for the new and fresh modern audience? pls answer <3

It works if the remake is warranted and well done. It's not enough just to repost, but to improve upon the weaknesses of the older RP and update it for the current audience. I did this with Silentium, and it's doing much better than my older, more cringe-worthy Silentium.

I don't mind remakes and reposts. Usually whenever I start a roleplay I have to repost it before anything good happens, because the roleplay usually dies after a day or so

When I made the School of Dragonology role-plays, I made up to three remakes of it. People seemed to like it, but they kind of didn't last too long the more I made. The third remake lasted 10 pages. The second remakes lasted 16 pages. And then the first one lasted idk how much. But tbh, those remakes were all very bad now that I look at them. Maybe I should remake them again, idk.

It depends on how it's been updated. For example, if you are one of those who remember unspecial, the semi-popular one was actually a repost of the original. The original got literally nowhere, the repost had about twenty-four pages of rping in about two pages of ooc. The last man on earth sat alone in a room... There was a knock at the door...
