Reporting works (on the site at least) Here's how I think the system works though: When reported, a bot will look at the content and see if it matches the content with the reported abuse(If scamming/phishing, it might check for "robux" "tix" "bc" "free" ect.) If matched, it gets sent to a human, who will determine if it really is breaking the rule or not, and will determine the punishment. This is my guess, i have no clue if it actually does this.
