Hello! Welcome to Cyan Legion! We are an active war clan on ROBLOX with great leaders and skill. After reading this handbook, you should have the basics down on what makes a member in CL.

+ CHAPTER 1 - YOUR PURPOSE IN OUR MILITARY +
One of the most important aspects of our legion is our people, they are the ones that do the most damage and help build our reputation. In order to be part of our legion, you must be active, loyal, and willing to put your life on the line. We expect our members to attend training events, as well as raids and defenses. If you do not attend, there is a chance to face demotion. You are welcome to patrol the base on your own time, but you must report to the wall if there is an impromptu raid (when there is suddenly a raid).
You must also have ROBLOX+, it's an extension for Google Chrome. This extension can be used to notify you of CL group shouts for raids, rallies, defends, and trainings.

+ CHAPTER TWO - THE RULES +
Our rules are very simple, but we are also very strict. We have a policy where if you commit any rule breaking three times, you will be exiled.
Here are our rules:
- No disrespecting of your teammates or leaders.
- No team-killing of any kind (using explosive barrels to kill teammates counts as TKing).
- Flaming, whining, or complaining in any form is NOT ALLOWED. Even the raiders deserve respect.
- Do not ask to be promoted.
- Do not ask for funds, admin, or weapons at any of our bases.
- You may drive vehicles at our base for any reason, but you cannot pilot an HFJ unless you are given permission by HR+.
- You cannot prevent members from driving any vehicles (exception: HFJ).
- Do not purposely disable the fence at Teknu II or trip any alarms.
- NO EXPLOITING OR GLITCHING OF ANY KIND!
- No RDMing (killing without reason) during any meetings with allies. You may be kicked from the server.
- Do not abuse prisoners or free them unless you are ordered to.
- Do not abuse admin, or your powers will be revoked.
- And most importantly, LISTEN TO ORDERS MADE BY HRs!!
- And even more importantly, have fun. Don't be just a stick-in-the-mud!

+ CHAPTER THREE - ALLY POLICY +
If you wish to ally with CL, you must first contact either MinisterWealthy or Velvoc and provide this documentation:
1. Why do you wish to ally with CL?
2. What do you hope to help us with and offer?
3. How skilled is your military?
4. How many members do you have (on the day you sent)?
5. How active is your group on a scale of 1-10?
6. Do you have a training place and/or base? Give the link if so.
7. Do you agree to these terms?
- You must help us with raids and defenses.
- Your group must not teamkill our members and listen to orders made by the HRCs.
- Your group must abide by our rules.
- If we request a demotion of someone in your group, you must demote him/her (unless he/she is a HR, and we must have proof).
- You must treat our members with respect and in return, we will respect your members.
If you disagree with these terms, don't bother sending us a document.
After we accept your document, we will negotiate about a time for us to meet and discuss.
