Legislation Bill #02187
Subject: FIRST ORDER REFORM ACT
It has come to the attention of the High Command and the First Order Senate that ~The First Order~ has become corrupt and unprincipled. This issue can be resolved through the following:
PART I - Demoting inactive AND free-ranked officers
PART II - Finding ACTIVE commanders to take control of our divisions
PART III - Creation of a separate group for the Army
PART I - High command is filled with free-rankers who have little to no experience in our group, people are paying and begging for ranks which can not be tolerated, all officer should have to make their way through the ranks to become and officer. We need to currently get rid of the inactive officers we have now, along with the new free ranked officers.
PART II - The divisions are also a concern, countless numbers of divisions are inactive and can might as well be removed, that is unless fresh new commanders can take on the reprehensibility. These commanders would have to be officers that are already in TFO and no free ranked officers. If a good commander cannot be found for a division, the division should be discontinued.
PART III - This part is not mandatory but is still a considerable idea for the benefit of TFO. Aside from the main group (Where army ranks are currently placed) a new separate group should be created for the purpose of the army, this group will include the same ranks from the main group. An example of what the main group ranks should like is below:
- Citizen
- Criminal/Prisoner
- High class Citizen
- Diplomat
- First Order Senate
- Government Personnel
- Army Personnel
- Fleet Personnel
- Officer Personnel
- Surface Commander
- High Command
- Developer
- Captain Phasma
- General Hux
- Kylo Ren/ Primus Ren
- Supreme Leader
PART III (Cont.) - Similar to GE's system, it would work nicely and organize the group into a much better structure. In the outcome, there will 2 military branches (Army, Fleet). Divisions that relate to either branch will be in the allies of that group.
~ Brigadier General
