Why do people think that UCR's base is unfair?

horiZon isnt "unfair". its not our fault that our tacticians, or well, ex tacticians, could take on so many "elite clans" tacticians and beat them there. Interesting analysis of important factors influencing modern society.

Not to brag but a-sov flawlessed them at horizon yesterday so it's probably not unfair
