What's the most efficient way to get an idea to a mod?

I've tried emailing the ROBLOX info, and I've also tried PMing mods but none of them replied or even checked out the thread. The ROBLOX info gave me an automated reply. I already have a thread on S&I with 110 replies and it's just a small fix I want them to add, it shouldn't even be that hard. Anything else you'd suggest? Yes, I've been trying for about 3 days to get this fixed but the mods aren't doing anything about it, at least to my knowledge they aren't. Hell, if it was possible, I'd even try to help the mods with actually fixing the problem if I knew enough about it.
