My Advertisement is not Responding

I have an advertisement for my group I am attempting to run. It has finished pending and has been approved and such (I have been running ads on ROBLOX for 4+ years). However, for an unknown reason when I click "Run Ad" and type in the desired number of tix, I click "Run" but nothing happens. The menu just disappears and the ad never runs. This problem has continued for days now. Anyone know a way to solve this?

I can't even get that far. BTW I am looking for an ad maker. The will be paid.

Unfortunately I can not make ads now that I have Windows 10. Windows 10 is a bad operating system lacking many features, many of these lacking features were ones that I used to make advertisements with. It doesn't not even have a basic photo editing software on it.

Not even paint? Well if it doesn't then I'm sure you can find something like it. Like gimp and paint.net (would not recommend paint.net I believe it has viruses on it) I would recommend gimp. I don't really use it much though because I still don't really know how to use it well. Good luck with ads.
