Shelter must be opened during breach all time before all personnel will be inside the shelter 2. Shelter must be guarded at least by 1 RT Echolan member (SCP-SD -> RT "Echolan") 3. Euclid and Keter areas of Containment zone must be under lockdown 4. During major breach must be initiated full site lockdown [DURING ALL TIME] 1 - 1. Only personnel with security clereance level 1+ able to enter in Containment zone 1 - 2. Only personnel with security clereance level 2+ able to enter in Euclid area of Containment zone 1 - 3. Only personnel with security clereance level 4+ able to enter in Keter area of Containment zone 2.
