Specifically, cities you shouldn't be out in at night. Problem is, the kids at my school are so sheltered, they think that the city I come from is rough.
It's not.
The city that the school is in has its own sketchy places. Sure, it may be dominated by your stereotypical rich white neighborhoods, and my city may have a bit more urban decay and poverty, but it's still not as rough as they make it out to be. The crime rates are almost exactly the same. Not much violence, not much drug abuse, not many robberies.
It's aesthetics and wealth more than anything, really.
