Roaches are loaded with protein, just make sure you clean them with something. but yeah roaches are probably way healthier than any food you can get. i just don't like diseases so i don't eat bugs. School food is the lowest quality of food anyone can buy. Even McDonalds makes healthier food than the companies that schools buy from.

my high school got off the state's junk healthy food plan and started selling better tasting food the money they made off of it made up for the money they lost by switching
