I think my keyboard is glitched..

i don't know if this is the correct section but I play some soccer games in ROBLOX and in back 2015 i used to do combos holding keys W,A and jump. but now when i hold W,A i can't jump, and when i jump i can't switch mouselock.is it a new update or my keyboard? i use a laptop but i recently bought a new keyboard.
