As I understand it, being in a "friendzone" is a relationship status where you're simply still friends with a person and nothing more. When you get "friendzoned", that pretty much means a moment where that status is reinstated by said person. Like let's say you wanted to take a friend out to movies for like a "movie date" or just to get to know them better but they treat it as just going as friends. Something like that. ~♥
