I would like to apologize to the State of Rockport and to my fellow representitives in congress and fellow citizens for my actions early this night, I had got carried away with waging war with Docklands, which was meant to be taken as a joke but took it way to far and had created a huge ruckess within the state and in congress, as it is not in everyones interest to go to war, I had been lobbing the idea to you, the citizens and I want to apologize for doing so, I hope that you accept this apology and still accept me as, I really meant to bring no harm, just some comedic relief in the state.
