As the title says, I'm currently looking for high ranks, and possibly a second or third in command for my new group, Spectura. Our previous second in command unfortunately fell active recently. We currently have a uniform, fort, and two training facilities, though they aren't shown on the group page yet (I will fix that tonight.) It's not a good idea to do this for your high command. I have multiple times and it's how you get unloyal and corrupted people at the top of your group. Depending on how good they are at hiding it you may never even know. What you need to do is take loyal members that join your group and train them into Officers. That is how you become a successful leader.

You've evidently never tried to make a group work without it being a dictatorship then. Having a group work alongside you makes it a ton easier.
