Has anyone thought about if Robux is actually just REPLACING Tix? I highly doubt, and I mean SERIOUSLY ULTIMATELY doubt, non-Builder's Club members will be left hanging. What it will probably end up being is everyone gets rewarded Robux for doing tasks on the website (i.e. playing a game). Everyone as in ANYBODY that does them, Builder's Club or non-Builder's Club, regardless. Maybe there will be a daily login varying different amounts, maybe not. Who knows?
I know for a fact that everyone crying like a little baby probably hasn't fully read the blog post and comprehended it in its entirety. So if you're one of those people, either read the blog or just chill the heck out and wait until that day comes. All in all, one currency WILL be easier.
Non-Builder's Club won't be without Robux, either. I'm certain Non-Builder's Club can earn Robux just as easily as Builder's Club. Perhaps not as much, but you will definitely be able to earn it. If you are crying because you are afraid you won't have currency anymore then stop; you will have as much chance for success as everyone else.

Nothing is ever solved by panicking and throwing a fit, either. There's no need for a riot. Just take a breath and realize everything will just be simplified.

And no, things are not being simplified. A huge aspect of ROBLOX is being torn away, game developers will not be able to earn money from game revenue, and the clothing industry is going to go to crap because no one wants to buy clothes due to how hard currency will be to obtain.
For a game to turn profitable it's going to need to have a lot of gamepasses, even games that don't have them right now. Small-time developers just won't be able to afford to keep working on their game and if they don't earn money they lose their incentive to continue working.
It won't simplify things. |

All right, you seem to be missing my point. The forum is FILLED with people whining and crying about this update you deem as an "issue." I'm saying everyone just take a deep breath and actually THINK about what Roblox is doing.
Perhaps I just don't understand the catastrophe of this subject. Sorry I'm stupid, I guess.

A riot is being thrown because the community was not listened to. The riot means roblox is doing wrong, and needs to fix itself.
You obviously don't realize how this will affect C&G, a community that uses tix for almost everything.
Many clans would be devastated. |

ok here's what roblox is doing:
removing the easier currency to get; making robux the only available currency;
robux can be pretty hard to get with out trade currency for most people; this encourages the purchase of BC and ROBUX
i think we can see what roblox is doing now.

And you obviously don't realize Roblox will probably retain this issue by using Robux INSTEAD of Tix. The first sentence of my first post clearly stated Robux would probably REPLACE Tix for everything it's currently used for.

NBC users will NOT get any daily money.
And place visits, which C&G clans rely on for getting money for group payouts and ads, will not be worth crap.

They're not, though. Every activity that previously earned someone Tix (Game visits, daily logins, etc) are no longer available.
That means if you suddenly got 1 million game visits when this update is out you get no money at all. None. |
