Why do you guys want to remove tix so badly?

You would rather have price floor lower to 5r$ just to remove tix? OH, I think I should remind you that 5r$ is still 100tix anyways, and I'm assuming most people payed that. It completely ruins anyone who had hopes of making profit off of their games. Why? Why do you want this?

Removing tix currency is outrageous. There is no incentive to create games if you aren't rewarded for it.

The things about having to change from place visit revenue to in-game donation revenue is definitely an incentive to me to jump away from small showcases back into actual place development.

Showcases quality enough for people to be willing to donate would do fine. My showcases are too low-content for it to be considered viable profit source for me right now, and I generally prefer the game development path that I've previously didn't have enough motivation in.

They listed all of their reasons in the blog post. This does not ruin people making a profit off of their games (there are a ton of ways to profit off of games now) but you will start to see games become a bit more monetized. There will always be free games though.
