You see, my other account was named "cheesesus" and a few days ago they charged my fathers account for over $100 (to renew my OBC) without permission. So, my father wrote to his bank and told them to decline the transaction, they did but, ROBLOX decided to delete my account instead of taking away my OBC.
To me this seems really unfair, I was in the middle of constructing a game. I would really hate to start all over on everything that I worked so hard to achieve.

._. I've bought BC before and nothing said it would AUTO RENEW and I was not at my computer at the time so, this still falls back to ROBLOX. They did not ask permission before taking that much money out of my fathers account, that's a serious thing and can be taken to court. So, instead resorting to petty name calling, and look at the facts. Roblox pulled a sleazy move by not asking permission to take money out of my fathers account. |

Email ROBLOX and tell them EVERYTHING what happened. What I would do to ask your father to call ROBLOX personally and provide an email address for ROBLOX to email him on.

getting legal here, ROBLOX stated that unless auto-renew is cancelled, it happens automatically. You have to cancel auto-renew, otherwise that happens. When did they decline the transaction? Was it after the money arrived at roblox? you probably got banned for trying to get free OBC. you can send an appeal to roblox and explain what was happening for a chance to get your account back, but that can't be taken to court |

Dude that's horrible, I hope you get your account back. Contacting ROBLOX by e-mail and phone is the best option.

Technically it is your own or your fathers mistake. They do specify when buying BC, TBC or OBC that it will renew on (Place date here), meaning, that your account will be charged again within that time.

This is what happens when you call to the bank and tell them to decline the transcation, apparently roblox's system thinks that the purchase was false/scam, and they will delete your account for "unaouthorized purchase" or something |

They don't need to, when you buy BC, TBC or OBC with a credit card it clearly states that it will renew on a month from when he just purchased it, they say you can cancel anytime at settings or something, I don't bother because I don't buy BC.

same thing happened to me
@ everyone who's saying op forgot to cancel his bc is wrong. It's ROBLOX's FAULT, not his.
I literally had no bc when they were charging me 20$ a month lmao
And it doesn't help when you go to the bank to cancel the transaction because somehow roblox interprets that as "unauthorized transaction" and they won't hesitate to ban you
Basically how I resolved this was by emailing roblox and explaining in depth what happened and even though I got my money back they still gave me like 250 dollars worth of roblox credit lmao

Oh i found something, when you buy BC it will automatically charge your credit card when your BC expires but you can cancel the auto-renew by going to settings them billing, don't worry you won't lose your BC untill its expiration date |
