Should guests talk?

I think guests should have the freedom to talk. And yea I know that they could make an account for free and all that stuff but why not? I think in the past the guests were aloud to talk I don't remember, but whats the worst that could happen?

No. Part of the appeal of making an account is the ability to speak. Besides, most guests are young kids who can hardly use a keyboard anyway.
