Allow more friction on Parts.

I want more than 2 for the friction. Especially for cars. I need more friction so the wheels stop sliding. Right now the only way to add more friction is to use a BodyForce pushing down, but that's the hacky way of doing it. I want to be able to set the friction higher than 2, like the new FrictionWeight.
