[1] Be it enacted by the House of Representatives and the United States Senate that this is to be known as the "Police Check Act"
[2] This bill forces citizens and visitors/immigrants to to give consent of a body search (tool search). Citizens must comply to those info tool checks.
[3] If a citizen or visitor/immigrant does not comply to accepting the tool search, they can be arrested for whatever they are suspected for.
[4] These searches may only be conducted with GOOD reason (suspected illegal medicines, illegal weapons etc).
[5] This law may not be abused. Going on spam tool checks will be illegal and will not be allowed.
