This is for group ideas to help one another in the division they are in:
Elimination Training will be for helping the ones less fortunate and help us expand the division better. It will not be held daily or weekly. It will only be held MONTHLY. One every month. Any second in the month will not be official. Also, only two, OR LESS, will be exiled each month. If the division is 30+ members, it is five, OR LESS, that get exiled.
Strikes: This thing called a 'Strike' is a thing that will lead to the the exile. There are 3 strikes. Thing is, it is only the first TWO (or less) will get exiled if they reach 3 strikes. If there is 30+ The first FIVE (Or less) will get exiled if they reach 3 strikes. Any other that reach three strikes after the 2-5 people will not be exiled but only be marked to know that they need better training.
Passive Exile: How it works is that each member in a division will be going to these trainings once they come. The ones that dont will be messaged of explaining their excuse why they could not go. If they were elsewhere, computer down then it is ok. If they knew, didnt care or just wanted to play another game.. they will be auto-exile for the carelessness on that important event. That will be called the "passive exile". Meaning the exile that doesnt require any action.
Active-Passive Exile: How it works is that the training will be starting and any SG is free to join. However, there is a time for you to join. If you join early, you can not strikes. If you join mid or already started then it is 1 mark. If you join around the end of the few events, it is 2 marks. If you dont join at all.. it will lead to the message that if leads to the passive exile.
--------------------------------------------
Now ill teach the REAL tests during the training.. emotion tests:
Loyalty: Loyalty is the test that starts through all the other test. It is another passive test that tests to see how you react or how you actually TRY to beat a test. If we see no complaints or excuses on something then you will beat the loyalty test.
Respect: This test is a teaching of being kind to one another, no matter the problems they have and no matter who started it first. It is to teach each other about protecting one another no matter the differences you both have. It builds unity from one another. This test will be another passive that throughout the training, I dont want to hear insults or criticism or blame. You can point out whom did wrong but not bring negativity in it. That is how you beat this one.
Maturity: Maturity is another passive test that is for anyone in SG. I dont want people giving up during a game or putting themselves down. Nor do I want bad jokes or dirty jokes about anything. I dont want people to be sitting around in the middle of the fight chatting about life or about how bad the other team is. It is to make sure you either stay silent, stay in terms, or actually act focus on the mission and on each other.
Each one of these things build teamwork on each other in order to succeed. A person might be able to succeed on their own, however, some day every person will need someone by their side in a situation.
-----------------------------------------
Now it is to the actual test. These test is not where your strikes come from. It is from what the emotion tests as I said from above. These im listing below are just how you get people to show who they really are with the emotion test:
Mental test: This test will identify how the person remember things and how you acknowledge a command given to you. You can learn faces, abbreviation commands and many more but just remember to understand them and you will be fine. This teaches Loyalty and Respect. Learn to do what you are said with effort and without hate.
Physical test: This will see if the person is good in combat, obbies, movement, and doing things specifically with speed, reaction, and patience. It will see how well the person tries or react on a winning/losing team fight or solo fight. It will see how well the person works to beat something like an obby or an opponent even if you constantly lose. It will see if someone follows a command correctly without joking around or skipping something just so they can get it done. This teaches Loyalty and Maturity.
Raid test: This test will teach you all of the above.. loyalty, respect and maturity. It test two random team leaders choose that only one person for their team and the training host chooses the rest. This will see how each team understands one another in a command or how they are in a situation. It will see how well each team focus on their objective to achieve victory.
Thing is, the REAL reason of this raid test is to see what they learn from the three emotion tests. It doesn't matter who loses or who wins. It just matters the attitude and how well you worked for it. Because once you learn the emotion tests, you will learn to succeed in the future.
-----------------------------------------------------
Whoever that doesn't succeed these tests will fail and the 2 or 5 people will be exiled out of the group. They will be messaged that they have failed and must learn the emotion tests. The person is still allowed to tryout for the group but will have to restart from rank 1 in the division they tryout in. And if they still dont learn anything, they will likely be exiled over and over, no matter how many tryouts they do.
This must not be told to the division members. If it does, they might learn to fake their attitude and we will never see the real them to see if they belong in the division or not.. even after if the person got exiled, they still cant know. They have to find out themselves That way, no one can cheat through the elimination training.
This is for the best of the divisions and for the player themselves. They will learn from each other and how to be united as a division.. as an army.. and as one whole. As the elimination training is the test for all. |
