Well what you need to realize is he can't do anything more then increase security and their are protocols in place to help Belgium. You say he is doing nothing I say he is actually doing as much as he can because I am sure he instructed the military to send relief if needed right away after hearing of it, because we do have military hospitals in that area.

I'm sure foreign affairs were handled by the Secretary of State like it should be, while Obama "vacationing" in Cuba is actually a historical moment, seeing how it's the first president in 88 years to step foot in Cuba, even if it is "vacation."
